Ms. Garrigan’s practice focuses on patent infringement litigation. She has experience in all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through trial and post-trial briefings in federal court, AAA arbitration and the International Trade Commission. Her clients have included medical device companies, pharmaceutical corporations and mobile communications companies.
