Farella Braun + Martel Adds Business Transactions Attorney Janan Crocker

SAN FRANCISCO (September 19, 2016): Farella Braun + Martel LLP is pleased to announce the addition of business transactions associate Janan Crocker to its San Francisco office.

Crocker has represented early stage to large public companies in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, secured and unsecured debt offerings, securities law compliance and other general corporate matters. Her experience includes clients in the technology, life science, telecommunications, media, finance and wine industries. Crocker received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law (2012), where she was a Duke Endowment Scholar and Horvitz Public Law Fellow. She joins Farella from Sidley Austin LLP’s San Francisco, California and Sydney, Australia offices.
