Farella Braun + Martel Advises Fetzer Vineyards on Its Acquisition of Excelsior Wine Company

SAN FRANCISCO (July 5, 2018): Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Fetzer Vineyards in its acquisition of the Excelsior Wine Company collection. The addition to its portfolio of the Excelsior collection positions Fetzer Vineyards as the nation’s leading supplier of South American wines and as the 12th largest wine marketer in the United States. The deal was announced on June 26, 2018.

The Excelsior portfolio includes the Chilean wines of Viña Concha y Toro, the largest wine company in Chile and Latin America, and its Argentine property; Argentina's Trivento Reserve; and the Little Black Dress and Beckon lines from California.
