  • Associate - Business Tax

    Seeking a transactional tax associate with 1-4 years of experience. Must have some prior experience providing federal income tax advice to clients in connection with the organization and operations of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, as well as mergers, acquisitions and similar transactions involving such entities. Candidates should have some experience reviewing and drafting limited liability operating agreements and work with tax issues related to real estate is a plus. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience with complex business tax transactions and consulting as well as outstanding academic credentials. An LLM in taxation and admission to the California bar is helpful but not required.
