Rochelle Lee Woods is an associate in Farella Braun + Martel’s Intellectual Property & Technology Department.
Ms. Woods' experience includes representing clients in patent and trademark infringement matters. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive briefing, trial preparation, and jury trial. She has represented pharmaceutical companies in infringement litigation, and oilfield services companies in arbitration. She recently represented a medical devices company in a damages and willfulness trial relating to patent infringement.
During law school, Ms. Woods served as a legal extern for Judge J. Michael Seabright of the District of Hawaii Federal Court and as a student attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. Additionally, she was Co-President of Ethics, Law, and Biotechnology, and Community Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
