Rochelle Woods is a senior associate in Farella Braun + Martel’s Intellectual Property & Technology Department.
Ms. Woods’ experience includes representing clients in patent, copyright and trademark infringement matters. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive briefing, trial preparation, jury trial and settlement. She has represented technology companies in patent infringement litigation, pharmaceutical companies in licensing disputes and ANDA and patent litigation, and oilfield services companies in arbitration. She also represented a medical devices company in a damages and willfulness trial relating to patent infringement.
During law school, Ms. Woods served as a legal extern for Judge J. Michael Seabright of the District of Hawaii Federal Court and as a student attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. Prior to law school, Ms. Woods worked in research for several biotechnology companies.
