Mr. Dibble advises clients on a broad array of corporate transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, asset sales and other types of mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, having worked on transactions ranging from bank loans and stock sales to complex issuances of high yield bonds and convertible debt and equity securities. Mr. Dibble's practice also includes advising boards of directors and special committees of public companies in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other significant transactions. Mr. Dibble's other clients include investment funds, high net worth individuals and private and public companies in a variety of industries.
Mr. Dibble holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and prior to his career as an attorney, he was a financial consultant. As an attorney and CFA charterholder, Mr. Dibble often assists his clients with legal issues involving asset valuation, accounting and investment management.
