Morgan Jackson, Associate
Morgan Jackson is an associate in the business litigation practice. Mr. Jackson's experience includes disputes involving commercial contracts; false advertising and unfair competition; California's "anti-SLAPP" laws; complex policyholder-side insurance recovery; patents, federal class actions; and appeals in California state courts. He has experience in percipient and expert depositions, motion and pleading practice, and oral argument.
Mr. Jackson served as member of the Hastings Law Journal, received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Civil Procedure, Contracts, and Criminal Law, and the Best Brief Award in the 2006 Snodgrass Appellate Advocacy Competition. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Maxine Chesney of the Northern District of California.
