Racheal Turner, Associate

Racheal Turner is an associate in Farella Braun + Martel's Business Litigation practice group. Ms. Turner represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution processes. Her diverse practice includes: antitrust, intellectual property, insurance coverage, environmental litigation, construction defects, breach of contract, business tort and commercial lease disputes.

Ms. Turner recently represented a semiconductor manufacturer in a multi-million dollar lawsuit against an insurance carrier for breach of contract and bad faith. She is currently representing a beverage manufacturer in a breach of contract, breach of warranty, and negligence action against a bottle company and contract bottler. Ms. Turner also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representation of a California death row inmate in federal habeas corpus proceedings.

Prior to joining Farella Braun + Martel, Ms. Turner clerked for the Honorable John Antoon II of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and for Chief Justice Alexander O. Bryner of the Alaska Supreme Court.
