William P. Hoffman, Jr., Of Counsel

William P. Hoffman is Of Counsel in the firm’s real estate practice. Mr. Hoffman’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, emphasizing the transactional side of real estate development, including structuring and negotiation of acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, workouts, formation and restructuring of ownership entities and joint ventures, and major facilities leasing for both corporate users and owners. He has also engaged as a principal in real estate development projects in San Francisco and the Bay Area, an experience that contributes to his understanding of legal issues confronting developers, owners and tenants.

Mr. Hoffman’s clients include 345 California L.P., Levi Strauss & Co., Chamberlin Properties I L.P., McCuen Properties, Sand Hill Commons Investors, Palm, Inc., Sunbelt Management Company and Shafer Vineyards.
