Farella Braun + Martel, which is headquartered in San Francisco and has an office in Napa Valley, has chosen partner Katherine Philippakis as chair of the firm's 25-attorney wine industry practice. Philippakis is part of the real estate and land-use practice groups and has been with the firm since 2001.
