Bruce Maximov and Grant Thompson served on the three person CEB panel on Organizing and Advising Closely-Held Businesses in San Francisco.  Bruce Maximov was the moderator and a presenter.  Grant Thompson presented on tax issues faced by closely-held businesses.

Said Kordestani presented on the ins and outs of historic tax credits and new market tax credits at the 31st Annual California Preservation Conference.  His presentation was entitled "The Road to Success, Federal Historic Tax Credit and Financing Incentives for Adaptive Reuse Projects."

Brian Donnelly spoke on the topic "The Redevelopment of the San Francisco Embarcadero" at the Historic Tax Credit Conference being held at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.
