Trademark, Trade Dress and Domain Name Dispute Litigation

We offer clients creative strategies for defending against and prosecuting trademark and trade dress infringement actions. We regularly draw upon our extensive knowledge of both federal and state laws governing this field to provide comprehensive advice and litigation assistance to clients. We regularly counsel our clients on Lanham Act and branding issues, and also have extensive experience with trademark problems relating to the use and/or registration of domain names on the Internet and the federal Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.
