Real Estate Litigation

Our Real Estate practice offers comprehensive and creative solutions to help put and keep deals together.  Although we are effective deal makers, we understand that litigation is sometimes necessary and unavoidable.  In addition to our depth of experience in construction, environmental, and insurance coverage litigation, we have represented publicly traded REIT's, developers, individual investors, owners and tenants in real estate partnership and joint venture disputes, purchase agreement enforcement actions, lender liability claims, real estate partition proceedings, property management disputes, easement, boundary, and other quiet title actions, alleged CC&R violations, ADA compliance matters, title insurance claims, rent setting disagreements, letter of intent issues, and a variety of complicated commercial landlord/tenant disputes, including unlawful detainer actions and holdover disputes.
