Biography

Ashleigh Nickerson is a member of Farella Braun + Martel’s Technology Industry Group and represents companies in complex intellectual property and commercial disputes.

Ashleigh has been involved in a number of patent infringement cases in popular patent litigation venues such as the Western District of Texas and the Northern District of California. She has experience with multiple aspects of discovery, including the drafting of written discovery and handling the review and production of highly technical documents. She also has conducted detailed review of patent prosecution histories, assessed and claim charted prior art references in invalidity contentions, and constructed claim construction positions and non-infringement arguments on behalf of clients.

Ashleigh has experience in copyright infringement and trademark infringement cases, where her responsibilities have included drafting a complaint and following rules of procedure to conduct general litigation practice in federal court.
