Bridget Sullivan represents developers, contractors, wineries, vineyards, and real estate investors in a variety of real estate transactions. Her experience includes assisting clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and agricultural real estate.

Bridget also has experience assisting project sponsors in connection with the acquisition, sale, and development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Her renewable energy work focuses on assisting clients with due diligence, title matters, closings and the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, options, leases, rights of way, surface waivers, and other related agreements.
