The Pathfinders Program is designed to assist high-performing, early-career attorneys with critical career advancement strategies including leadership techniques and the development of professional networks.

Her clients include biotech executives, pharmaceutical company employees, emerging and established technology companies, and public agencies. She also maintains an active litigation practice focusing on healthcare and technology industry-related investigations and disputes.

Aviva is the global chair of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association Young Lawyers Committee and co-chairs Farella’s Women’s Leadership Committee. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, and holds an M.A. in education policy and a B.A. from Harvard College. Before joining Farella, Aviva served as a law clerk for the Honorable Wilma A. Founded in 2009, LCLD includes more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Now in its fourth year as a full-scale program, the Pathfinder Program is an initiative that has filled a gap in LCLD programming, targeting associates and the youngest members of corporate law departments.
