Biography
Cameron Gibbs’ practice focuses on white collar defense and complex civil litigation.
Cameron represents individuals and businesses in internal investigations, government investigations, and trials. He has represented clients during high-stakes inquiries by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, the Department of Defense, the Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. He has experience in a range of matters, including those involving allegations of securities fraud, insider trading, money laundering, tax fraud, bribery, theft of trade secrets, and RICO violations.
Cameron has litigated a variety of complex civil cases in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels and in arbitration proceedings. He has handled disputes involving antitrust, contract, products liability, corporate, real estate, and securities law.
Before joining Farella, Cameron clerked for Judge Robin L. Rosenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Judge Gregory A. Phillips of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also practiced in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of a multinational law firm.
