Environmental Law Partner Chris Locke and Land Use Partner Steven Vettel are speakers at Environmental Law Basics: Understanding CEQA presented by the Environment, Land Use and Real Estate Section of the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco. 

Mr. Locke's panel will cover what a project is, what are exemptions and discuss the importance of establishing a baseline.  Mr. Vettel's panel will cover the EIR process including mitigation of substantial impacts, initial studies, negative declarations, public comment, and completion of review.
