Biography
Daniela Archila is a member of Farella Braun + Martel's Employment Law Group.
Her experience includes representing clients in labor arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings, and in state and federal court. She has also represented and advised employee benefit trust funds related to ERISA compliance and contract enforcement.
While in law school, Daniela participated as a client counselor at the East Bay Workers’ Rights Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to low income and unemployed residents regarding employment matters. She also participated as a team member for Berkeley Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
