2018 Cannabis Industry Update

3/22/2018 4:00pm6:30pm
Ryan Lowther
San Francisco, CA

Ryan Lowther is speaking at the Chartered Financial Analyst Society San Francisco event "2018 Cannabis Industry Update."

Mr. Lowther will be joined by Michael Steinmetz, founder of FlowKana, and Morgan Paxhia, co-founder of Poseidon Asset Management.

Topic: Pro Cannabis votes across the country enacted "legal" access for over 50% of US adults. What spurred this change? Is it just about getting high or is there something bigger? Will it spawn the next Budweiser, Jack Daniels or Genentech? Sifting through the American Medical Journal or High Times, it could be all of the above. Major banks and investment companies are quietly (and sometimes not so quietly) researching the gold rush for MJ aka the Green Rush. There could be great opportunities and most certainly great pitfalls.

Join CFA Society San Francisco for an educational event to discuss the topic with recognized leaders on cannabis market research, investment, and regulation.
