Chris Wheeler is the moderator for the Association of Corporate Counsel San Francisco Bay Area Chapter program "Antitrust and Technology: Perspectives from In-House Competition Counsel."

Overview:
As the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digital revolution, attention in Washington, D.C. and elsewhere has turned to antitrust in technology. This panel, featuring in-house counsel from Facebook, Twitter, Lyft, and Square, will address a variety of practical topics regarding the work of in-house competition counsel, including the relative roles of inside and outside competition counsel, educating enforcers on the business of technology, and the transition from enforcer to in-house counsel. In addition, the panel will address recent high-profile cases and guidance from the Department of Justice.
