Farella Braun + Martel is proud to be the title sponsor of the Bay Area Real Estate Deals of the Year Awards.

Join us and the San Francisco Business Times in honoring the best deals of 2011!

The Bay Area has seen an array of significant real estate deals and developments in 2011.  Those range from leases, office sales, new restaurants and hotels to land deals, affordable housing and cultural projects.  The publication and awards honor the boldest, toughest and most creative real estate deals done in the Bay Area in 2011.  The awards also honor an outstanding dealmaker -- an individual who made big projects happen.
