The escalating costs of litigation and crowded, underfunded court systems cry out for truly reasonable “alternatives.” This panel with nationwide ADR experience will lead a discussion on the impact of various ADR provisions in insurance policies and explore best practices to make ADR a truly acceptable “alternative” resolution process, whether mandated by the policy or agreed to by the parties. Can both sides work cooperatively to develop meaningful ADR procedures without sacrificing their respective clients’ interests?
