This panel reviews reporting from a private client perspective in light of updated guidance on the Corporate Transparency Act and especially the proposed regulations governing foreign trusts and gifts. It further reviews increasing threats to privacy for private clients, such as the proposed California CTA equivalent (which would have a public register), and how to plan for these.
