Return of the Titans (Part II): The Final Preparations Including Trial in a Complex Environmental Case

10/8/2014 - 10/11/2014
James A. Bruen
Trump National Doral
Miami, FL

Jim Bruen, speaker, "Return of the Titans (Part II): The Final Preparations Including Trial in a Complex Environmental Case"

In the second session of this unique presentation, the speakers will discuss summary judgment motions and motions in limine. They will provide advice on the final pre-trial conference and order, settlement conferences, and the best ways to organize the final steps to prepare for trial. This session will then present a mock trial in a fracking case with alleged groundwater contamination, demonstrating opening and closing statements, presentation of witness testimony and effective trial techniques. The faculty will both demonstrate and comment on techniques and strategies proven to be successful (or which did not work). This highly rated program is a fantastic opportunity to learn best practices from skilled trial lawyers that you can apply to your next case.
