Change is happening in the wine industry. From second or third generations seeking careers outside of the industry to sky high valuations that make it almost impossible to not sell through a desire to grow bigger or just remove a neighbor, winery and vineyard M&A continues to be an exit and growth strategy. This panel of industry experts will discuss key metrics of a successful winery or vineyard deal, and also define unique to the wine industry influences – e.g., legacy, family dynamics, weather, industry trends, brand, and geography.
