We represented Supratek Pharma, an innovator pharmaceutical company in Montreal, Canada, in a software licensing dispute brought by Accelrys (formerly known as Molecular Simulations, Inc.) in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California; Supratek had bought a license for software intended to model molecular interactions for use in drug development.
