Lilliworks v. Lilliput
We represented LilliWorks, a non-profit corporation, in a trademark dispute. LilliWorks makes educational products for disabled children and discovered that another company, Lilliput, was selling similar products under LilliWorks' trademarks. After early negotiations failed, we filed a federal trademark infringement action in the Northern District of California and ultimately negotiated a settlement under which our client obtained nearly all of the relief it sought in the lawsuit. As a result of our efforts on this matter, the firm was honored in February 2005 at an annual convention of special needs educators. (Pro bono)
