Josh Malone has represented both large companies and individuals in both criminal and civil matters, from the initiation of cases through trial. His clients have spanned a wide range of organizations, in industries ranging from financial services to pharmaceuticals, with a particular focus on technology companies.

His day-to-day work is focused primarily on motion practice, courtroom advocacy, discovery, and negotiating with opposing counsel. In this capacity, Josh has prepared witnesses for depositions, examination and cross-examination, taken depositions, drafted numerous dispositive and discovery motions, and counseled many clients. With respect to the latter, he is particularly skilled at guiding people, many of whom have never been personally involved in litigation or criminal proceedings, through what is often an emotionally challenging ordeal. He is a true trusted advisor and counselor to clients who have an enormous amount at stake.

Mr. Malone served as an extern for the Honorable Garland E. Burrell, Jr. for the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of California.
