Biography
Kevin Marshack, Co-Chair of the Banking Initiative, is a corporate and transactional lawyer who advises clients across a wide range of industries and transactions.
His experience includes representing public companies, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and startups in corporate and debt finance transactions. He has also represented financial institutions and other lenders in direct lending and syndicated loan facilities, restructuring and distressed transactions, and domestic and international project financings, including renewable energy projects.
Kevin was a judicial extern for the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and a summer law clerk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
