Award recipients were honored at Bisnow's Northern California Women Leading Real Estate Celebration & Cocktail event on November 14 in San Francisco. Ashley served as the moderator for the panel discussion titled "Overcoming Obstacles, Risk-Taking, Recognizing Value, and Empowering Professional Development" during the event.

In her law practice, Ashley represents large-scale urban developers, real estate investors, renewable energy companies, and private property owners in sophisticated land use and real estate matters. She is particularly skilled at advising clients on Bay Area mid-scale project development strategies, beginning at the project's inception and continuing through the administrative process. She counsels developers and real estate investors on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and agricultural real estate. Ashley joined the Commercial Real Estate Women of San Francisco (CREW SF) Board of Directors in 2022 and is serving a term as president.
