Biography
Mason has represented clients in securities fraud claims, government investigations, and antitrust matters. His experience includes drafting briefs, witness and attorney declarations, deposition outlines, legal memoranda, and discovery motions. He has drafted submissions to government agencies, including FTC and FINRA, and worked with clients to prepare for government interviews and submit responses to government inquiries. He has handled discovery requests and responses.
During law school, Mason was an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.
