Farella Braun + Martel Assists NaturEner USA Close Wind Power Project Financing

SAN FRANCISCO (January 30, 2012): Farella Braun + Martel assisted NaturEner USA LLC, a renewable energy company, in securing a $320 million construction loan from Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC to build the 189-megawatt Rim Rock wind power project in Montana. The project is expected to achieve commercial operation by the end of 2012.

 

Farella lawyers principally involved in the transaction were Corporate Partners Matt Lewis and Jonathan Lemberg, Environmental Partners Jon Benjamin and Skip Spaulding, Corporate Associate Nilima Patel, Environmental Associate Mathew Swain, and Real Estate Associates Brett Greenberg and Navjot Athwal.
