Farella Braun + Martel Represents ACE Cider in its Sale to Vintage Wine Estates

Northern California legal powerhouse Farella Braun + Martel represented ACE Cider, The California Cider Company, the top independently owned hard cider brand in the U.S., in its sale to Vintage Wine Estates, Inc.

Sebastopol, California-based ACE Cider produces nearly 90,000 barrels of cider annually. Read more about the transaction here

The multidisciplinary wine industry Farella deal team was led by business transactions partner Karen Yuen with assistance from special counsel Nate Garhart on trademark issues, employment partner Holly Sutton, and tax partners Said Kordestani and Julie Treppa.
