Prop. 24 Passes: What Companies Need To Know About the New Privacy Law

Nate Garhart spoke to the San Francisco Business Times on the steps companies can take to prepare for the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). He noted that if the CPRA applies to your business, then you will need to make arrangements to provide more control to consumers over their personal data, in addition to what was already required under the CCPA.
