March 20, 2025 Announcement

Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that partner Brent Saldaña has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2025. Brent joins a select group of experienced lawyers who have distinguished themselves within their organizations by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory toward leadership positions.

The LCLD Fellows program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations with professional and personal development opportunities as well as leadership training and relationship-building resources and access to LCLD Members (Managing Partners and General Counsel).

Brent is chair of Farella’s Real Estate Group. He represents clients in real estate transactions and projects, including acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, financing, management, and ownership transactions. He enjoys complex projects where protecting his clients requires negotiating mutually beneficial solutions among many stakeholders, thoughtful consideration of interrelated agreements, superb project management skills, and a continuing appreciation of the big picture. Brent earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Farella is an active member of LCLD — an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating an environment where all talent can thrive.
