"Commission OKs Lawsuit Against SFO Building Firm"
The San Francisco Airport Commission agreed to spend about $4.5 million on its fraud suit on July 14th. The commission voted 4 - 1 to pay the attorney's office and its outside counsel, Farella Braun + Martel LLP, on the case. "The airport is very pleased with Farella's professionalism and expertise." "Based on the information Farella has provided, the commission is now comfortable with funding this case," said Commission President Larry Mazzola.
