Daily Journal Names Mary McCutcheon Among Top Women Lawyers in California

SAN FRANCISCO, May 8, 2019: Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that partner Mary McCutcheon was named to the 2019 list of “Top Women Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal.

Recognized by her peers as one of the top insurance lawyers in the country, Mary is president of the prestigious American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), of which she is a founding member. She is known for representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes ranging from tech sector meltdowns to sensitive SEC investigations to mass casualty claims. She has special expertise advising companies and individual directors regarding issues involved in the placement of directors' and officers' liability, management liability and financial services liability insurance, as well as handling claims under those policies. Mary is recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America. She chairs Farella’s Financial Services Industry Group.
