Farella Braun + Martel Advises Joint Venture on Sale of Downtown San Francisco Office Property

SAN FRANCISCO, September 12, 2014: Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented a joint venture of sellers in a deal for 100 California Street, a 288,619-square-foot office building in San Francisco’s Financial District. 

 

The group of sellers, Embarcadero Capital Partners LLC, Broadway Partners Fund Manager LLC and Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC, sold the downtown office property to Pembroke Real Estate.

 

Farella’s deal team was led by partner Gregory Shean with support from senior associate Brett Greenberg and associate Quinn Arntsen.
