Farella Braun + Martel Elevates Jessica Nall To Partner

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 27, 2009 - Farella Braun + Martel has elevated Jessica K. Nall to partner.

Formerly an associate, Nall is a member of Farella Braun + Martel's White Collar Crime and Business Litigation practice groups.  She represents individual executives and companies facing SEC enforcement actions, Department of Justice investigations and prosecutions, and related civil actions.  She also has significant experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters in federal and state courts, as well as in private dispute resolution, including real estate litigation, insurance coverage, general business litigation and probate, trusts and estates disputes.

Nall received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (2001) and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1998).  She was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Joseph Tauro for the United States District Court of the District of Massachusetts.  Nall serves as co-chair of Farella Braun + Martel's Women's Initiative Steering Committee and on the Board of Directors for Women Defenders.
