Farella Braun + Martel Guides Graniterock on Sale of Premier Development Site
SAN FRANCISCO, October 24, 2013: Farella Braun + Martel LLP advised Graniterock on the sale of a 19.85-acre premier development site in Redwood City, Calif. to Jay Paul Company.
A portion of the site was formerly leased to the Malibu Grand Prix Family Entertainment Center. The site was marketed as one of the few potential development sites in the area of this magnitude.
