Farella Braun + Martel Named Among 2024 Bay Area Best Places to Work

June 14, 2024 Announcement

Farella Braun + Martel is proud to be recognized as a winner of the 2024 Bay Area Best Places to Work, an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. This is the 18th time Farella has earned the Bay Area Best Places to Work award. Farella is the highest-ranking law in our category (200-499 employees) at #5.

"Farella’s strength has always been its people,” said Farella Managing Partner Brian Donnelly. “High-quality work, a rewarding workplace, and a collegial culture are ideals that have been hallmarks of Farella since our founding in 1962. Our commitment to excellence and to our clients and our people, hybrid work model, San Francisco Green Business recertification, Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus from Diversity Lab, and track record of being one of the few Bay Area law firms to make the Best Places to Work list consistently are achievements of which we are proud."

The Best Places to Work rankings highlight Bay Area companies whose employees rate them the highest on a number of values, such as fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefit offerings, and management practices. The rankings were determined by surveys that went directly to employees. The survey was administered online by the employers and through a service provided by research partner Quantum Workplace, which then scores and ranks participants.

The select Bay Area employers were named winners of the awards on June 13 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
