Farella Braun + Martel Names Jesse Debban Chair of Business Transactions Group

SAN FRANCISCO, June 14, 2017 – Farella Braun + Martel LLP announces that Partner Jesse Debban has been appointed chair of its Business Transactions Group.

Debban’s practice focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales and securities offerings. In the context of significant transactions, he advises clients on corporate governance matters, SEC reporting obligations, regulatory compliance issues and fiduciary duties. His client base includes consumer products, e-commerce, professional services, mobile technology, wine and spirits, and renewable energy clients. Debban is a member of the Corporations Committee of the California State Bar. He earned his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law (2006).
