March 1, 2013 Announcement

SAN FRANCISCO, March 1, 2013 – Farella Braun + Martel LLP’s Jessica K. Nall, a partner in the firm’s White Collar Crime Group, has been recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of its “40 Under 40” emerging leaders in the Bay Area.

The San Francisco Business Times’ “40 Under 40” recognizes the young business leaders building the Bay Area’s future by making significant contributions to their industries, their companies and their communities. The publication notes Nall’s successful representation of senior-level executives and companies facing high-stakes SEC investigations and enforcement actions, Department of Justice investigations and prosecutions, and complex internal investigations.
