More than 500 Law Firms Sign Amicus Brief in Support of Perkins Coie

Brief of 253 Members of Congress as Amici Curiae in Support of Appellees and Affirmance
Tony Schoenberg, Alexis Loeb, John Ugai, and Raven Quesenberry filed an amicus brief in two parallel appeals in the D.C. Circuit on behalf of 253 members of Congress, who are listed at the end of the brief. The amicus brief is in support of appellees, two high-ranking federal officials whom federal district courts found were illegally fired by President Trump.
