August 4, 2020 Announcement

SAN FRANCISCO, August 4, 2020: Farella Braun + Martel congratulates Partner Raymond H. Sheen on his induction as a Fellow into the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the preeminent association who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.

Ray represents policyholders in the technology and consumer products industries in complex insurance recovery disputes involving a wide range of claims and losses, including business interruption losses; cyber liabilities, data breach, and ‘phishing’ losses; product liability and consumer class actions; product recalls; securities class actions and derivative lawsuits; trade credit claims; and copyright, trademark, patent infringement, and trade secrets claims. He negotiates and maximizes his clients’ insurance assets, including directors and officers, cyber liability, and errors and omissions policies. Ray received his J.D. from Stanford Law School (1997). He is a 2016 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Established in 2012, the ACCC is the preeminent association of U.S. and Canadian lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders. The ACCC’s mission is to advance the creative, ethical and efficient resolution of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes; to enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law; to provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and to improve the relationships among the members of the profession.
