Farella’s Sarah Good Appointed to Council on Access and Fairness

SAN FRANCISCO, September 25, 2020: Farella Braun + Martel congratulates Sarah A. Good on her appointment to the State Bar of California’s Council on Access and Fairness for a four-year term beginning on September 25.

The 10-member Council on Access and Fairness consists of judges, lawyers, and public members from diverse practice settings and constituencies and supports the Board of Trustees of the State Bar of California on effectuating its diversity and inclusion goals and objectives, including pipeline to the legal profession, retention and career advancement, and judicial diversity.

Sarah has over 25 years of experience in complex commercial, consumer, and securities litigation matters including representing companies, as well as their officers and directors, in securities class actions, derivative litigation, governmental investigations, and internal investigations. In addition to her legal practice, as Farella’s leader of diversity and inclusion and learning and development, Sarah is passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of young lawyers and achieving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession and community.
