Mid-Market Report

Brian Donnelly spoke to Mid-Market Report for the article "How to Manage a Firm Through Ongoing Uncertainty? Equal Parts Tradition and Transition, Leaders Say."

In the article, he said that during COVID, coming through bad times required being dynamic, not static, in approach. “As we start to contemplate how we want to operate in the future, I think we’re stressing to people that we didn’t hit the pause button, we really hit the reset button,” Brian said. “And we’re trying to envision how we want to operate for the next 60 years.”
