Jeff Fisher Named Among Top Trade Secrets Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal

October 6, 2021 Announcement

Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that Jeffrey M. Fisher was named among 2021’s “Top Trade Secrets Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal.

Jeff is an accomplished trial lawyer with experience in federal and state courts and at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice involves a variety of high-stakes intellectual property and technology disputes, including patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark infringement, as well as antitrust and unfair competition cases. He serves as co-chair of Farella’s Litigation Department.

Jeff has demonstrated again and again his courtroom skill and ability to represent the “Davids” in bet-the-company “David vs. Goliath” litigation protecting his clients’ hard-earned innovations. In a recent trade secret case, he successfully defended a food services company against a larger competitor alleging that a former executive who left the company used confidential and trade secret information from the former employer. In another matter, he won a jury verdict following a five-week trial on trade secret and breach of NDA claims including a finding of willful and malicious misappropriation in a case relating to data center technology. He also prevailed in a three-week jury trial clearing his semiconductor industry client of all allegations of trade secret misappropriation, CFAA, and RICO claims made by one of the world’s largest smartphone manufacturers.
