Lysondra Ludwig Selected to Leadership San Francisco

Farella congratulates Lysondra Ludwig on being selected to the 2019-2020 Leadership San Francisco program. Leadership San Francisco (LSF), a nonprofit affiliate of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, is dedicated to educating and developing community trustees who will make a significant contribution to strengthen and transform the San Francisco Bay Area community. Approximately 60 individuals are annually selected to participate in Leadership San Francisco who are actively involved with community service organizations throughout the city and have shown a deep concern for the quality of life of the residents of San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Lysondra is an associate in Farella’s San Francisco office, where her practice focuses on the development of tax strategies for a broad range of corporate transactions including choice of entity, profits interest grants, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions in the renewable energy, wine, real estate, and cannabis industries.
